How to cook roman Fish Style, easy recipe

INGREDIENTS:

6 fish fillets
2 eggs
1 / 2 ball of mozzarella into slices
1 tza bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Salsa:
4 ripe tomatoes cut into strips
1 tza tomato sauce
1 tza water
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 / 2 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper

PREPARATION:
1. Season the fillets, pass them in beaten egg and then bread crumbs. Fry and set aside.
2. For the sauce, make a dressing with the garlic, onion and tomato. Cook for 10 minutes and add tomato sauce and water, cook for 15 minutes to reduce liquid. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the fried noodles in a bowl and place on each sheet of mozzarella cheese and pour the sauce. Bake until cheese melts. Serve with white rice or french fries.
