Peruvian Recipes. Cocona and Mango Juice


Ingredients :

  • 2 – 3 coconas, seeded
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • Ice, the necessary amount
  • Sugar to taste






Preparation:

Half cocona, remove the stem and seeds. Place in a saucepan with water, bring to a boil until soft, blend and strain. Pour again into blender and blend with chopped mango. Add water, ice and sugar to taste.

Serve in tall glasses.
