Peruvian Recipes,Palta Rellena, tips for cooking
Serves 4
2 peeled and cut avocado
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 ½ cup cooked chicken breast
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
PREPARATION
1. Combine mayonnaise with milk, sugar and lemon, move to dissolve the sugar.
2. Join the chicken, peppers and parsley, add the sauce and mix. Add salt to taste.
3. Each half of the avocado, placed over the chicken.
