INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 package cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 / 2 cup sugar
PREPARATION:
1. To prepare the caramel, put the sugar in a saucepan with two tablespoons of water. Bring to high heat until the edges begin to darken. At this point turn the pan to mix the caramel and leave to take honey color. Remove and rapidly turn on a flan ring or pudding mold.
2. For the custard, blend the remaining ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 180 º C for 1 hour in water bath.
