INGREDIENTS
- 750 g of apple.
- 25 raspberries.
- 500 g of white flour.
- 10 g of yeast.
- 7 eggs.
- 1 liter and half of milk.
- Zest of one lemon.
- 325 g brown sugar.
Preparation
Separate the yolks from the whites and beat them until stiff. It mix the lemon rind, sugar, oil and milk, and gradually they add the flour and egg whites and stir well
combined.
Mix the chopped apples with the mixture and fill the molds for cupcakes, brushed with oil.
Decorate with raspberries in the center of each cupcake and bake 10 minutes approx.
