Fish Teriyaki
INGREDIENTS:
6 fish fillets
Flour quantity

Salt and pepper
Salsa:
1 cup fish stock
5 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Cornstarch quantity
necessary
PREPARATION:
1. Season the fish fillets and roll in flour. Fry in vegetable oil.
2. For sauce, combine all ingredients and cook for 12 minutes.
3. Thicken with cornstarch diluted in water and add the toasted sesame seeds.
4. Serve the sauce over the fried fish, served with white rice.
