This time we bring you a very healthy recipe and fat-free, allowing a balanced diet, healthy and balanced.

Ingredients:

  • 2 skinless chicken breasts.
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed.
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil.
  • Juice of 1 lemon and 1 tsp. grated.
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh thyme, chopped.
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil.


Preparation:

Open the chicken breasts in half without getting to the bottom to get a bigger piece from each breast.

Mix the remaining ingredients and add the chicken on all sides, and leave covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to marinate.

In a hot pan add the olive oil and cook chicken breasts until they release their own juices.

Serve immediately.
