1 tbsp. garlic paste
4 tbsp. mustard
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup. chicken soup
1 tsp. chopped parsley
Oil, salt and pepper
Garnish: boiled potatoes and rice.
Season prey with salt, pepper and garlic. Fry with little oil and set aside.
In the same oil fry the onion cut into small cubes and cook with mustard and flour.
Then add chicken and cook it with broth. At the end sprinkle chopped parsley and serve with the garnish you like.
