Integredients:
1 chicken breast
1 / 2 bunch of spinach
2 red peppers
8 boiled green beans
2 carrots, boiled
Cream cheese 4 cdas.de
1 tbsp. chopped parsley Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 / 2 cup milk
1 red pepper and liquefied
Preparation:
Boned chicken breast and pártela two. Take one half and stretch it as flat and rectangular as possible. Top with spinach leaves previously passed through hot water and season.
