Ingredients:
- 2 Chickens, cut into pieces
- 1kg. onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2kg. olives
- 1 lettuce
- 4 Tb. mandioc
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 bottle vinegar
- 4 fresh pepers: minced red pepper, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano hard boiled eggs
Preparation:
Boil the chicken pieces in salted water garlic. Remove pieces and sprinkle with mandioc or cornstarch. Fry in hot oil. Lightly boil the onion.
Meanwhile make a sauce with the oil, ground red pepper and garlic. Add the vinegar, sugar and boiled onion. Simmer until donde, season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken on a platter, cover with the sauce. Garnish with lettuce leaves, olives, slices of hard boiled egg and fresh pepper.
