- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbl. mustard
- 1 chicken boullion cubedissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water
Preparation:
Mix the soy sauce with the broth mustard, salt and pepper. Place chicken in baking dish and pour liquid over pieces. Baker for 40 minutes. Chicken is done when juices from leg run clear when leg is pierced.
Serve with rice and mashed potatoes.
