On this occasion we were very secilla this recipe to make and especially delicious. this recipe is ideal for those who are on a diet to lose weight or for those who like to keep your figure.

Ingredients: 2 people

  • 180 g (6 oz) cooked chicken breast, boned, skinned and chopped
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce into large pieces starting
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Black pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 12 Dietary toasted bread croutons
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic


Preparation:

Mix chicken, lettuce and Parmesan cheese in medium bowl. Mix lightly.

Mix vinegar, water, oil, lemon juice, pepper, mustard and crushed garlic. Add the lettuce and mix well.

Sprinkle croutons on top.
