INGREDIENTS:

6 eggs
1 / 2 pore tza chopped into slices
1 / 2 chopped onion tza
30 prawns, minced
1 / 2 tza of cooked peas
Vegetable oil amount needed
Salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
1. Cook peas, drain and fry in butter for several minutes.
2. In a skillet saute leeks and onion until golden.
3. Beat eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste, add vegetables and prawns. Mix well.
4. You can make individual or a large tortillas and cut into six pieces.
